We are looking for licensed psychotherapist (Psychologists, LMFTs, or LCSWs) specializing and in working with kids and teens to join our growing thriving private practice. We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and motivated clinicians wanting to grow within a group private practice setting.

Koba Psychological Services is a psychological practice located in Hermosa Beach specializing in providing high quality mental health services including: psychotherapy, psychological testing, and counseling.

You can focus on your clinical work! We will provide clients, admin support, and consultations. No Need for marketing or networking.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Types: Full-time

Willingness to get credentialed with major insurance panels.

Start Date:

Contingent upon credentialing with our in-network payers. We will provide at least a two-week notice before your official start date.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled

  • Maintain an active, unrestricted license to practice in CA

  • Complete clinical documentation in timely manner

  • Actively participate as a positive member of the clinical environment

  • Complete all recommended continuing education requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and

  • Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT) in the State of CA (must be fully licensed)

  • Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and scheduled by the Practice

  • Prior experience providing Psychotherapy in an Outpatient Office desired but not necessary

  • Prior experience in a private practice desired but not necessary

  • Value the therapeutic relationship and strive to build strong rapport with each client.

  • Possess strong organizational skills and complete documentation in a timely manner.
